Group Fitness Training Coming Soon

This February, DMV Performance will begin offering high-performance training in a group setting. Athletes will be placed in groups and work together in a fast-paced environment. We look to help athletes learn how to get in tune with their bodies through a custom program. We strongly believe in combining teaching and instruction so that athletes not only improve during our sessions but also learn how to conduct training sessions on their own.
